Grextor reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud, bulk order review, or errors in product information.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted or processed.

For parcel, LTL, pallet, bulk, or commercial deliveries, additional shipping requirements or charges may apply. These may include but are not limited to liftgate service, residential delivery, limited-access delivery, inside delivery, appointment delivery, re-delivery, storage, or address correction fees.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, unless otherwise required by law. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us promptly according to our Return Policy.
